This past Friday, Oct. 31, we had a wonderful time of worship in our weekly in-house worship service. We had around 30-35 residents take part in our worship service this week. We are blessed to have a resident of 100 years of age to bless us with playing the piano during our worship songs. This week we sang: “Because He Lives,” “On Jordan’s Stormy Banks,” “Are You Washed in the Blood,” “When We All Get to Heaven,” and we closed the service with one we all know, “Amazing Grace.” Our Chaplain brought the encouraging message from Psalm 31:24, “Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.” The message title was, “Courage to Change”. We had a wonderful day in worship.
This coming Friday we will worship again as we have our in house Worship Service each Friday at 2:30 p.m.
